The new Fitbit Flex 2 doesn’t have a watch face, but it gives you all-day activity tracking. It has SmartTrack automatic activity tracking that automatically recognizes activities like running, sports, and aerobics workouts and summarizes your activity in your Fitbit app. It tracks your steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes, hourly activity and stationary time without any intervention on your part. It uses Reminders to Move to encourage you to take 250 steps every hour. It also automatically detects when you’re asleep and tracks that, as well. Best of all, the Flex 2 is swim-proof and automatically tracks your swimming workouts. And you’ll never have to worry if you forget to take it off before hopping in the shower.
The Fitbit Flex 2 may not tell you the time, but it has a four LED display that shows your progress towards your daily goals. It can also vibrate and flash the LEDs to notify you of incoming calls and texts.
