I know bakeware isn’t a gadget, but even gadget lovers have to eat. I found these great glass baking cups on Amazon, and I’ve used them a few times now since I got them. The Libbey Just Baking Glass Cupcake Set has twelve glass baking cups. They are ridged inside, so they’ll easily release the cupcake or muffin if you took a couple of minutes to spray the cups with some non-stick spray before filling them. Glass is safe up to 450-degrees in the oven; I just set them on a baking sheet before placing them in the oven to keep them level and to make removing the hot glass from the oven easier. They clean up like a dream in the dishwasher, too. And the great thing about glass is that you don’t have to worry about what is leaching out into your food like you do with plastics and some metals. You can bake other goodies in these little cups, or you could just use them for individual pudding servings. The set also comes with 12 plastic lids.
