appwallAre you obsessed with iOS4 apps? There’s a wallpaper for that. At least there is if you’re an OS X user. It’s called AppWall and it’s a free screensaverthat shows an ever changing full screen of app icons. I’m not sure if the changing icons represent newly added apps to the appstore, frequently accessed apps or what. I just know it looks cool and it’s free! It also reminds me of the iPad app I installed the other day called AppStream. It does the same sort of thing on the iPad’s display and is also free. Thanks to Jackie for sending me the link to AppWall!

  2. Wow Julie . . . The information superhighway rolls out on your display like an LA freeway anymore. . I think I will try this and see how long before I go cross-eyed and run amok!!! 🙂

Maybe it can be turned into a memory a game like Simon, and see if you can duplicate the app icon configuration of say, 30 seconds ago??

Just kidding, but am going to give it a try.

    1. @Don I didn’t install it on my Mac yet. I was afraid it would hypnotize me and I’d sit there for hours watching the little swirling icons and not get anything else done 🙂
