@eClipse ah ha! Good eye everyone. I would have never guessed that.
As a leaf scoop/trash can lid unit, it is a pretty seasonal item. You should start seeing them again here in a couple weeks as home centers start to shift from summer to fall stuff.
Are we going to see an alternate purpose of this item in a horror movie?
