Sandisk Cruzer Blade – The ever shrinking thumbdrive

A few days ago, SanDisk unveiled its smallest USB flash drive in North America. The Sandisk Cruzer Blade is the size of a paper clip and the weight of a penny, making it a perfect addition to your keychain or pocket. Storage capacities range from 2GB to 16GB and the drive is available immediately at www.sandisk.com in the U.S. and Canada with prices ranging from $14.99 to $77.99.

Are there still problems when using these drives cross platform for over 8 GB?

I have one of these dinky things, only cost me £16.99 for a 16GB here in the UK though… don’t know what that is in $ but I’m pretty sure it isn’t as much as $77.99! So glad I bought it though!

I just got one 16GB Sandisk Cruzer Blade as a gift and I love it. It could have been a little bit faster but that is allright too. It’s strange how fast formats itself without the use of Quick format.

    I got it for ~ 46USD
