Columbia River Knive and Tool offer two carbiner sets that have interchangeable hext bits. The Get-A-Way Driver includes four standard flat and Phillips bits and the Get-A-Way Driver Torx set offers four standard Torx sizes, T5, T6, T8 and T10. Both tools have an oxygen bottle wrench on the underside, which makes it useful for emergency rescue use and also include a 10 mm wrench and hex bit wrench reliefs. You can buy either one for $19.99.
