DEAL NEWS – If you are still using your laptop’s built-in webcam after the last year of Zoom meetings, you really should consider an update and if you’re on a budget, I have the perfect one to consider. It’s the TENVIS 1080P Webcam with Microphone & Tripod which features an easy-to-use clip that lets it hook on the top edge of your laptop or monitor. It also comes with a small tripod if you want to use the webcam on a desk. You can get this webcam for less than $15 when you visit TikTech for a %63 off Amazon promo code which brings the price down to a very affordable $14.79. Don’t wait long, the promotion expires on 04/24/2021 at 11:59 PM PDT.

Sorry, they want too much access and personal information. It is not worth it.
I just logged in by my Amazon account
I too used Amazon to pay, normal transaction, arrived today.
It is better than the laptop webcam, but I’m sure not as good as a $100+ webcam. Wide angles, but did have some fisheye effect at the margins. Nothing too bad considering the very low price. The middle portion definitely improved over the built in webcam – details and amount of light captured.
Now I have to accept that the camera is not the reason I look ‘off’ in the Zoom meeting – I just gained some pandemic pounds.
Mike, thanks for letting us know first hand what you think of the camera. I like the clip design.
As MIKE said, better than laptop cam, but for some reason (maybe apple reason) its low light management is awful in apple computers (tried in a MB Air and MB Pro with Catalina and Big Sur), in wondows it does a very decent job trying to compensate for lack of light, the fisheye distortion is noticeable in the corners, but with a little OBS trickery you can fix that (sort of), anyway, cheap webcam and the clip design is very helpful to hang in laptop’s lid
