The Crossover for iPhone case consists of two silicone straps that crisscross over the back of your phone. The corners of this x-band storage bumper case are reinforced to protect the corners of your phone, and the straps hug the back securely enough that you can slide a couple of cards or some cash under them and use the phone as your wallet, too. The Crossover straps are available in white, orange, charcoal, turquoise, or froly pink; you can select two different colors or both in the same color. The Crossover is available to fit the iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 6, or iPhone 6 Plus for $14.99 from Quirky.

So, what does the phone looks like on the other side? I find it strange that of the dozen photos they had on their website of the product, they did not post a single photo of the phone face with the strap on. It must be a conscious decision and I am curious to know why.
Seems like a neat idea. If I it were me I would offer a X version of it so the back would be flat.
to call this a case is a stretch
I would say that it is as much a case as a Speedo is to a swim trunk.
I just got mine today and it is as described, two criscrossing silicone bands under which you can put cards (I have 3, plus a very thin Metrocard, and I could easily add more). The screen of the phone is unobscured, while the lids of the corner pieces (1 cm overlap on case, no more) protect the most vulnerable parts of any phone. It is reminiscent of one in metal that Julie reviewed a while ago. I don’t care for the bulk added by a wallet case, this one is of course smaller and does what any wallet case does.
I love mine! Protects the corners and can stick your finger in the bands for a secure hold! Wish I could fine them in the stores! Perfect!
