Mello, a current Kickstarter campaign, is offering a solution that fits right on your keychain. They bill themselves as offering The World’s Sleekest High-Speed Charger.
This diminutive charger is designed to work just about anywhere globally with a variety of plug adapters. It appears that you will need a different Mello unit for each region – the included plug cannot be swapped out. If you travel globally, you’d need to order all four styles, but they’re sure small and easy to pack.
It uses the newest GaN charging technology, providing up to 20W of charging power.
It is small enough to slip into a pocket or carry on a keychain – there is a tiny USB-C cable that comes with it.
