REVIEW – Summer in NY is now in full swing, and along with the season comes the hot, humid, and hazy weather. This year we have also had to contend with the effects of the wildfires in Canada. Not too long ago, I tested the Jisulife Neck Fan Pro and have been using it ever since to provide some much-needed relief and to keep my shirt collar dry as I walk back and forth between my workplace and the railroad. It is just my luck that Jisulife has now offered me the Neck Fan Pro 3 to test. Let’s see if it is up to the challenge.

The Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 features an internal and external adjustable neck band at a 15-degree angle, breathable silicone pads that make it comfortable to wear, 100-speed infinite wind adjustment, and strong wind power.

The Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 is a portable neck fan that features a 600o mah built-in battery and vents that surround your neck to keep you cool. Once on one side of the neckband, there is the power button and rotary airflow control. On the other side, there is an “ION” switch. On the inside back where it rests on your neck, there is a silicone pad for comfort. On the bottom of the fan, there is a USB-C charging port. The 2 halves of the fan are adjustable in/out via a hinged mechanism just past the middle of each side. The entire device is made of hard plastic.
Performance
The first thing that I did when I took the Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 out of the box was to charge it via its USB-C port. The device has an LED display that shows the charging percentage and also the airflow level.
On the opposite side of the neckband is the ION on/off switch.
When placing this fan around your neck, there are 2 hinges that allow you to widen the opening of the neckband to fit various neck sizes.

While wearing the Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 might feel awkward at first, I found it easy to adjust to the presence of the device around my neck, and the benefits of the cool air and dry collar outweigh any abnormality that I may feel.

Final thoughts
The Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 is a nice upgraded version of the original Neck Fan Pro. It feels nice in my hands and the ability to open that device to fit larger necks is great. The airflow is also better than the original fan and the vents seem to be better placed to provide better cooling. Well done.
