REVIEW – I have been wearing a suit to work for the past 30 years or so, and I feel quite comfortable in suits. However, in the summer when it is really hot, I struggle a lot because I sweat a lot, especially around my neck and it gets really uncomfortable for me not to mention the wet collar that I have to endure once I get to work. Over the years I have used a handkerchief around my neck when I walk back and forth to work just to make sure that my collar stays dry. Now it seems that I can finally solve the problem with this JisuLife Portable Neck Fan Pro.

The JisuLife Portable Neck Fan Pro is built from plastic/ABS. The 2 halves of the fan are adjustable in/out via a hinged mechanism in the middle. In the back area, there are 2 silicone pads that rest on your neck for comfort. At the bottom around the surface of the fan, there are vents for the air that cool your neck. At the bottom of one of the sides, there’s a USB-C port, and on one side the power button with the LED charge level display next to it, and on the other the fan level increase/decrease knob.
Performance
The JisuLife Portable Neck Fan Pro has a built-in rechargeable battery. The first thing that I did was charge it via its USB-C port. It has a nice LED display that shows the charge level:
Overall, I really benefit from using this JisuLife Portable Neck Fan Pro. While it is not perfect, it is nicely designed and does a good job of keeping my neck cool. The silicone pads that rest at the back of my neck are nice. I am not convinced about the 100 speeds of the air duct, but the air it produces is more than adequate. My neighbor has a large neck and I had him try the fan. He struggled to put it on because of the hinged opening. An opening that could stretch would better accommodate larger necks. Also, I do not feel the same cooling effect at the front of my neck compared to the back, even when I have the fan closed around my neck as much as possible. I will say that I am also impressed by how long the battery lasts.

What I like

What I’d change
- Does not cool the front of my neck as well as it does the back
- If you have a large neck it will be a tight fit. The opening is hinged as opposed to stretch
- Because of its weight, any excessive movement will cause it to fall off from around your neck and possibly break
Final thoughts
The JisuLife Portable Neck Fan Pro is nicely designed and works well to cool the back of my next and the front as well albeit not as effectively as the back. It is not necessarily what would be considered lightweight but considering the long battery life and the nice flow of air, it is a good trade-off. The opening would not accommodate a large neck very well. Overall, I like it but this would be up to personal choice.
