REVIEW – So my wife doesn’t like my E-Win Racing Knight KTB gaming chair that I previously reviewed front and center in the living room. Crazy right? So when Vari offered their very classy looking Upholstered Desk Chair for review I thought maybe this could get spousal approval. Let’s see how it does.

Setup
The Vari Upholstered Desk Chair arrived well packaged in cardboard and Styrofoam cushioning. A very nice clear and detailed assembly sheet was included in English with pictures. Assembly took less than five minutes. I pressed the five wheels into the base then slid the hydraulic cylinder in the base then placed the chair on the cylinder. That was it.
Performance
The Vari Upholstered Desk Chair is first off very comfortable. Lowering the chair all the way down to 19″ was the most comfortable position for me. The padding is nice and I would even say plush. The top comes up to right about my shoulder blades and after using the chair for a few weeks I don’t really miss not having a headrest. Compared to other office chairs the Vari Upholstered Desk Chair is also pretty light at a svelte 32lbs so I can carry the chair pretty easily up to my home office upstairs when I had to actually do some work. Then I can carry it back downstairs to the living room to continue Star Wars Fallen Order.
The Azure Blue color also looked really nice and better than the typical office colors or gray or black.

Final thoughts
I was already a big fan of Vari since I reviewed their Curve Electric desk previously and now paired with the Vari Upholstered Desk Chair I have the perfect work and gaming combination. The Vari Upholstered Desk Chair is very comfortable and looks great in any setting. My wife even approved to leave it in the living room as an accent chair. Well done Vari!
