REVIEW – Gaming has changed a lot since I picked up my first joystick back in the late 1970s. One change is all the different gaming peripherals that are available today. Any gamer knows that a good gaming session can last hours, and comfort is paramount. So it stands to reason that having a good chair to sit in while gaming is essential. Enter the gaming chair (one of those peripherals I mentioned earlier). I recently got the chance to review a gaming chair from Anda Seat. I’m not sure if the chair made me a better gamer, but boy is it comfortable!
What is it?
The Anda Seat Jungle Series gaming chair is an adjustable high-back ergonomic design gaming chair.
Design and features
The Jungle Series gaming chair arrived boxed with some light assembly required. Inside, Anda Seat provided everything I needed for assembling the chair, including Allen wrenches and bolts. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took me under 30-minutes.
The chair has a racing car seat inspired design, which makes sense considering the company used to manufacture race car seats for BMW and Mercedes Benz.
The chair is well built, from the 22mm diameter enhanced steel frame and high-density one-piece foam to the high-quality PVC leather covering it. The easy to clean leather is highly stain-resistant, durable, and scratch-resistant. And the chair’s frame is covered by a lifetime warranty.
For added comfort, the chair comes with a removable headrest pillow and lumbar cushion.
The 2-D armrests support your forearms to relieve wrist pressure and can be adjusted up (30.51-inches) or down (23.81-inches) for added comfort.
The chair uses a specially designed Z Support Multi-Functional Tilt Mechanism with angle lock at 5 different positions allowing the chair to recline from 90º-160º. And if you are so inclined, the chair also rocks.
The five-star aluminum base and 2.4-inch PU rubber covered castors provide quiet, smooth movement and stability on all surfaces.
A Class 4 hydraulic piston allows you to smoothly adjust the height of the chair and swivels 360º.

The Anda Seat Jungle Series gaming chair is the first gaming chair I have ever used, and I came away thoroughly impressed. I found the chair’s ergonomic design to be incredibly comfortable. It felt as if it was designed specifically for me. And after hours in the chair, no part of my body felt sore or numb, even my rear end. The chair felt great whether I was gaming or taking an afternoon catnap. Yes, the chair is that comfortable. And its many adjustable positions make it easily customizable to the individual user.
