NEWS – If you are looking to future-proof your Xbox gaming headset, Turtle Beach has got you covered this fall. They have upgraded their two most popular wireless gaming headsets, the Stealth 600 and 700. Both models will be available in late September. The Stealth 600 Gen 2’s are the more budget-friendly of the two coming in at $100. If you want a more premium experience, the Stealth 700 Gen 2’s will set you back $150. Both headsets are compatible with the current Xbox One and the upcoming Xbox Series X. Each model has received a new, more robust, comfortable design and a larger high-sensitivity Gen 2 flip-to-mute mic. The differences between the two headsets other than the price are subtle. With the 700 Gen 2’s, you get 20 hours of battery life, Bluetooth® connectivity, a metal-reinforced headband, and Aerofit™ cooling gel-infused ear cushions. I’m not sure if these upgrades are worth $50, but the choice is yours. The Stealth 600 and 700 Gen 2 Xbox wireless headsets will be available on September 20th and are currently up for pre-order on the Turtle Beach website. If you are not an Xbox fan, Playstation versions of both the 600 (available now) and 700 Gen 2 (September 20th) will also be available at the same price point.
