This week I’m bringing you info about five Kickstarter crowdfunding campaigns that look interesting to me and might be interesting to all of you too. Click through to see this week’s collection of notable crowdfunding campaigns.
Senstone, the Intelligent Wearable Voice Recorder
What is it?
Senstone is a wearable recorder that records your voice notes when you tap it and syncs with an app on your smartphone.
Why do I like it?
I like the Senstone because it looks like an easier way to capture quick thoughts and notes without having to pull out your phone and ask Google or Siri to take a note. With Senstone you tap once to record, tap again to stop the recording and you don’t even need your phone to be nearby. The device will capture notes and later sync with an app where you can assign hashtags to organize and integrate with 3rd party apps.

With 28 days left in their campaign, The Senstone campaign has already met their funding goal of $50,000. You can pre-order a Senstone starting at $100. After the Senstone campaign ends, rewards are estimated to start shipping in July 2017. Visit their Kickstarter page for all the details.
Thread Wallets | The Coolest Phone Case Wallet
What is it?
Thread Wallets are iPhone cases with a built-in elastic wallet on the back that can hold your cards and cash.
Why do I like it?
I like Thread Wallets because it combines two things into one neat package. A case to protect your iPhone and a minimalist wallet. I know there are eleventy million iPhone wallets already on the market, but I like the style of this one because it looks unique and isn’t boring.

Pod 3 – The customizable GPS tracker for everything
What is it?
Pod 3 is a GPS tracker for your stuff.
Why do I like it?
I like the Pod 3 because it’s not like all the other trackers on the market. This one isn’t a Bluetooth tracker that has to be near your phone in order for you to track the item. It uses cellular technology to allow you to find your stuff no matter where it is on the planet (as long as that place has cell coverage). I love the video too.

Carbon Fiber Acoustic Electric Guitars | KLOS Guitars
What is it?
KLOS Guitars (pronounced as “close”) are acoustic/electric travel guitars made of carbon fiber.
Why do I like it?
I like the KLOS Guitars because they are small lightweight durable guitars that don’t sacrifice great sound and play ability. You won’t need to worry about dents or cracks.

With 23 days left in their campaign, The KLOS Guitars campaign has already blew past their funding goal of $10,000. You can pre-order a KLOS Guitar starting at $559. After the KLOS Guitars campaign ends, rewards are estimated to start shipping in June 2017. Visit their Kickstarter page for all the details.
SnapPower SwitchLight
What is it?
The SnapPower SwitchLight is a replacement cover for your light switch and adds an LED night light that automatically comes on when it’s dark.
Why do I like it?
I like the SnapPower SwitchLight because I know these guys make good products. I reviewed and still use their SnapPower GuideLights in my home. The SwitchLight is a similar product to the GuideLights, but it moves the night light up higher on the wall by replacing the light switch cover. Just like the GuideLights, there are no batteries or rewiring to worry about. Just remove your existing switch cover and put the SwitchLight in its place. There is even a brightness / power switch at the bottom so you can customize the brightness level.

With 8 days left in their campaign, The SnapPower SwitchLight campaign has already shattered their funding goal of $25,000. You can pre-order a SnapPower SwitchLight starting at $12. After the SnapPower SwitchLight campaign ends, rewards are estimated to start shipping in March 2017. Visit their Kickstarter page for all the details.

The guitar will probably keep its tune in humid weather => good for Hawaii and Florida.
And it won’t crack in February in Southern Indiana when the humidity can go down to 20% unless you have a whole house humidifier on the furnace like I do 🙂
