Being an Amazon Prime member just got even better! Earlier this week, Amazon announced their Prime Reading perk which offers a rotating selection of more than 1000 ebooks, kid’s books, magazines, and even comics that Prime members in the US can read through the Kindle app for free. Some of the selections include magazines like Sports Illustrated, Popular Mechanics, Vogue, Skateboarding, Gear Guide, comics like Archie and Adventure Time, ebooks like Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, and The Hobbit, and many more.

This new Prime Reading deal is separate from Amazon’s paid Kindle Unlimited monthly subscription service and a few other Kindle specific services offered by Amazon.

For $99 a year, Prime members receive free two-day shipping on most Amazon items, Amazon Video streaming service, Amazon Music and now Prime Reading. To check out the titles, visit the new Prime Reading page on Amazon.

  1. Gadgeteer Comment Policy - Please read before commenting
  2. Should mention this only available to Amazon Prime members in the US.
Again as a reminder you do have subscribers to this newsletter that live outside the US.
