I can remember when the original Rubik’s Cube came out back in the 80’s. I had to have one and quickly became frustrated when I couldn’t solve the colorful 3D cube puzzle. I’m not too proud to admit that I finally cheated and found some step by step instructions on how to solve it. Now I see YouTube videos with babies who can solve the puzzle in just a couple of minutes and feel like I got robbed when they were handing out brain power. Today when I saw the Pillow 13X13X13 IQ Brick from Brando I thought hey, give one of those smarty pants babies one of these bad boys and see how smart they are. The IQ Brick is styled after the original Rubik’s Cube but instead of having only six sides of nine tiles, this puzzle has six sides with 169 titles. Wow, it makes my head explode just thinking about it! The Pillow 13X13X13 IQ Brick is priced at $320.00, so it might make your wallet explode too. For more info visit Brando.

You said “…with nine tiles” then said “with 13 tiles” but probably meant “with 169 tiles”, which is even more daunting.
As you can see, I also am math challenged 😉
This is painful just to look at…I hope it isn’t real. That’s enormously more combinations than the traditional 3X3X3. Can pros even solve this?
Actually the steps are the same for every cube with odd tiles (cause the centers are fixed), so it’s just a matter of time.
