The Triple C Power Purse has a built-in battery and plenty of room to hold a phone or phablet. The bag has two built-in cables, one USB to charge the hidden, high-capacity internal battery and one USB female plug to attach your device’s own cable to. There’s plenty of room inside the 4.5″ X 8.75″ X 1″ bag to hold a big phone or phablet; the battery has 2600mAh, so enough to top even the most power-hungry device. LEDs show the status of the battery’s charge so you’ll know when it’s time to recharge it. The Power Purse has six card slots to hold your ID and credit cards, and an exterior zipper pocket could hold your keys. There’s a removable wrist strap if you’d prefer to carry the Purse inside a bigger bag instead of on your wrist. The polka-dotted version is no longer available, but the Power Purse is available in solid beige or in a camo pattern for $49.00 from Triple C. You can also check their website for a store locator to see if Triple C products are sold locally.

One word comes to mind: heat.
These batteries get hot when they charge. And I think they are charging the phone.
Heat trapped inside a purse is a bad thing.
You need to keep the battery out where it can stay cool.
