This little MP3 player from Target (online only) is based on Miffy, a little rabbit character created by the Dutch artist Dick Bruna. The Latte Miffy MP3 Player stands about 2.5″ tall, has 2GB of memory, and a battery with up to 12 hours playback time. You can play MP3 and WMA files that you add by dragging-and-dropping. There’s a joystick controller on Miffy’s back and a USB connector in the feet. You’ll get a USB cable, earbuds, and a neck strap. Miffy is $49.99 from Target. She’s shown with the optional Miffy Docking Station and Speaker that’s available for $34.99. This would make an adorable gift for a little girl – and some adults, too.

Funny, I didn’t know that Nijntje (that’s how this character is called in the Netherlands, pronounce like “neyntjuh”) existed outside of the Dutch speaking countries (the Netherlands and Belgium).
