The Sony PRS-300 Pocket Edition ebook reader is available at Woot today (5/19/2010)  for $109.99. The reader is refurbished, but it comes with the standard accessories (USB cable and the neoprene pouch). All three colors are available. It comes with a 90 day warranty from Sony, and Woot says the reader is authorized for the Square Trade extended warranty.
