Motionbox is a video-sharing site that offers better quality and more security settings than YouTube, and – according to one customer – lets you share your personal videos with your family and friends but not “with the creeps of the world.” There are three levels of service. The free Basic level allows you to upload and share a limited number of videos, use of video editing tools, and the ability to make gifts from your videos. The Premium level, with a yearly fee, provides more services, including virtually unlimited storage, longer videos, HD videos, and more. The Pro level is for commercial use and professional bloggers.
And if you sign up for a free account by the end of November, you’ll be entered in a drawing to win one of three Roku digital video players. If you win, you’ll soon be able to watch your videos through the Roku, because Motionbox will soon become a featured Roku channel.
