Hey all. I've returned from a Mobius trip that I attended last week in Seattle, WA. Microsoft put up a group of us (about 20 or so people representing the top mobile related websites). This was my 4th Mobius trip and like last year it was focused almost entirely on Smartphones and associated software / services. No new Pocket PC info was shared with the group which I found to be a little sad. There were people there from Microsoft's internal groups such as MSN Direct (Spot watches), Windows Media Center, Embedded Windows CE, and of course Windows Mobile device group. There were also representatives from Orange and Motorola who shared information about their latest phones and later gave each of us the SPV500 and MPx220 respectively.

Admittedly, I've not been all that interested in smartphones since the area I live in has only just recently seen expanded Cingular coverage. I've been a Verizon customer for years and have always been jealous of GSM phone users. I'm planning a trip to a local Cingular store today so that I can get a SIM card to try in the two phones from Mobius. Keep your fingers crossed for me that they will work out in the sticks where I live. If I'm lucky, I'll be reviewing both phones in the very near future.
