Just wanted to give everyone an update: I received a brand new Casio E-200 via UPS overnight delivery yesterday. I did not get a label to return my defective unit, but for such fast service, I'll make some allowances. ;0)
Thanks again to Melissa with Casio for expediting my claim; she was the saving grace of my Casio experience. :0)
