The TSA announced today that small knives are acceptable again, so you could make a version of this with a knife as well and be TSA-approved.
@DStaal I just saw that too. Maybe now we won’t get as many “Good luck getting through airport security…” comments for the products we post about.
Its really good that TSA allowing tiny scissor & wire stripper with the passenger.The pen is well designed.And the other features like LED flashlight,cap lifter,Phillips screwdriver are cool.
I love my gadgets but I can’t see the need for a swiss army pen… this is now going to be on my mind all day

Now this is a gadget I think I would really love to give to DH as a gift and carry one for myself in my purse. I see it can be useful off an on during the course of a year.
As an FYI, the new rules for TSA specify a maximum blade size of 2.36″ x 0.5″, which really only covers the smallest Swiss Army knives or Leatherman tools.
Boy, cant wait to lose this pen!
