Energizer, perhaps best known for their batteries, is offering a new line of household lighting products. The Energizer Edge Small Accent Light has touch controls at the base of all four panels that “allow you to dim or brighten the light to customize the mood and ambiance of any room in your home.” Twelve LEDs produce 300 lumens as they shine up through the four etched panels. The lamp uses only 7W, and comes with an AC power adapter. The Small Accent Light is 7.6″ tall with a 5″ square footprint. It has an MSRP of $95.

Any info as to the quality of the light? Warm? White?
@Bob Y This is just a news item. I haven’t had access to one of the lamps, as I would have if this had been a review.
@ BobY: I wouldn’t normally point to an external site, but since this is just a News Item & not a review, check out the feedback on Amazon. I saw at least one comment about the color of the light that may interest you.
I , too, looked the product up on Amazon, and after some link-clicking, found that Energizer has a modest line of of LED lighting for the home. In particular, the undercabinet LED lighting looks interesting; I might try one in my roll-top desk at home.
Are their undercounter lights hardwired or battery powered? We tried a set of the LED battery powered ones for our kitchen area from a generic company sold by Costco and they were GARBAGE. They each took 8 AA batteries, and within a month all 3 of the units had depleted the batteries. I returned them & bought some LED strips that draw from an AC source instead.
