While we all wait to get our hot little hands on an Apple iPad, we can at least drool over the accessories that keep being announced. Hard Candy Cases have some interesting offerings that range in price from $34.95 to $49.95. These cases have zippered or snap-on screen protectors that prevent damage to the iPad’s display when it’s not being used. I’m not really sure how much I’ll use a case with my iPad since I don’t plan to carry it around with me to and from work. That doesn’t mean I can’t admire the cases though right?

If I bought an iPad for over $500.00, I definatly would not put it in a cheap plastic kiddie case like this. Gawd! It looks like it’s made of cotton candy or something. All it needs is a Hello Kitty sticker on it and I’ll launch my cookies.
Hard Candy has a well designed ipad case, but… 1. They have the ugliest orange interior of any case I have ever seen, yes all of their pictures show it as a black interior, 2. Their interior cloth is cheap and thin, shows lint and dirt, and 3. Their customer support hasn’t answered 2 seperate emails that I have sent them. BTW Their cases are overpriced too. Just my opinion…
