3rd time’s a charm?

After over a week playing phone tag with tier 2 support at Apple, I’ve finally received a resolution to my 2nd 24″ iMac humming issue. The resolution is that they are going to send me iMac #3. Here’s hoping this one does not have the same defect! My fingers and toes are crossed!
