I just got off the phone with Verizon. I decided it was time to turn off the data plan on my Verizonized Treo 650. The last month I had only used 13k. Definitely not worth the $49.99 I was paying per month! OUCHY! Now if I need to check something online, I can pull from my regular plan minutes and only be charged .15 cents per kbyte.
I also asked about the new Samsung i730. Unfortunately I’m not in the ED-VO coverage area. But if I would decide to get this phone, I would still be able to access the web/email, just not at high speed.
In other news, I’ve decided to sell the Sony U71P. It’s a great little machine, but I need something a bit larger. I’m going to be putting it on eBay unless I can sell it here through the site first. It has been very very little. Mostly just the week I was on vacation. It is in perfect condition. It comes with the original box and I’ll throw in a leather case from Extreme Limit. I’m wanting $1850 out of it, buyer pays shipping. Email me if you are interested.
