MarketGoogle has made a smart move by adding another way to push out all other third party app-stores for Android, by doing what the third party app-stores already do. Android users can now download apps via the new online Android Market and have them pushed to their Android devices. So far it looks beta, but it works and we can expect updates in the future.

As long as it doesn’t go all iTunes on me, I think I’d use it often. Will it get rid of Appbrain and the like? I doubt it.

You like it?

  2. Love the ability to read about an app on my desktop and hit install. Within a few seconds my phone starts downloading. Wonderful ! No bloated iTunes to install or use either…

  3. it needs folders etc, so you can save apps/games etc that you might want to add at a future date, but not at that point, just like AppBrain. If it had that I wouldn’t use AppBrain.

iTunes is the worst. They really need to loosen the grip a little bit. Z4 root, sometimes can be a pain in some folks phones. (suddenly unable to download anything) but at least it a one click to unroot. Genius!
@Jaam Folders would be nice. Perhaps that might be down the pipeline.
