iHome is known for its docking speakers/alarm clocks that keep your iPod charged. The people at iHome know that many of us now have a variety of devices that need charging. With the introduction of the iB967, iHome is giving us a compact station for charging up to four devices simultaneously. The iB967 has two iPod/iPhone docks – one that charges and syncs, one that charges only. There’s an expandable, rubberized mat area to rest your other devices on while they’re being charged. The iB967 comes with a 36″ sync cable, a 12″ USB-to-mini USB cable, a 12″ USB-to-Sony-connector cable for charging Sony ereaders (and PSP, too), and two mini-USB-to-micro-USB adapters. With these cables and adapters, you can charge most cell phones and ebook readers. The iB967 charging station will be available later this month for $49.99.
