REVIEW – I live in the Pacific Northwest so every winter the constant rain makes my driveway and back porch mossy and dirty. Every summer it would take days to clean with the regular pressure washer nozzle so I decided to try out the Eveage 13 in surface cleaner with wheels to see if I can get it done quicker. Let’s see how it does.
What is it?
The Eveage 13 in pressure washer surface cleaner has a spinning bar with two nozzles and an operating pressure of 1500-4000 psi and uses 3.7 gallons per minute. The wheels have quick release pins that can be flipped over so you can use it to clean the undercarriage of vehicles which is a nice feature.

Design and Features:
A fellow Gadgeteer, James, tested the Eveage 14.5” pressure washer surface cleaner with great results so when Eveage offered their 13 inch pressure washer surface cleaner for review I decided to try it out.
The Eveage 13 in pressure washer surface cleaner has two tips or nozzles on a spinning bar to clean a 9.5 in path in one sweep as that is the actual distance between the nozzles. The carrier itself is only 11 inches wide so I’m not sure why they named it a 13 in. The nozzle specifications aren’t published but I think they are 40 degree 2.5mm orifice tips. These are fine for general cleaning and won’t accidentally strip the paint from your car when cleaning the undercarriage.
It comes with 3x ¼ inch quick connect extensions to connect to your pressure washer and allows you to reach under vehicles. The three wheels are easily rotated by pulling the pin to convert to undercarriage cleaning mode. They were easy to install with the included 13mm wrench.
Performance
As reference, I have a gas powered Subaru Powerstroke pressure washer rated to 3100 psi and 2.4gpm which is less than the Eveage’s max rated 4000 psi and 3.7gpm.
Summer cleaning is an annual event in the Pacific Northwest so I first cleaned an outdoor mat that was out all winter and was pretty mossy.
You can see the Eveage 13in surface cleaner did clean it up a bit and the mat looked better but I wouldn’t say it was totally cleaned.
My back patio which is on the north side of the house doesn’t get direct sun and gets grimy during the winter so I prepped the area by using my leaf blower to get what I could out of the way first and then ran the Eveage over the area and even overlapped the paths as I went.
Overall you can see the stubborn moss and grime didn’t budge on the rocky concrete. On the flat pavers, it did much better. I think the nozzles aren’t concentrated enough to knock the moss off between the rocky concrete. The Eveage 13in pressure washer surface cleaner worked okay for the easy stuff but just couldn’t handle the tougher dirt. My neighbor saw me pressure washing and loaned me his turbo nozzle which worked great and was concentrated enough to knock the moss and grime off.
I mainly wanted to use the Eveage for surface cleaning so I think I will try and find some 25 degree 1.5mm or even 1.0mm orifice tips to see if it will be able to clean my patio and driveway better or I might just get the turbo nozzle my neighbor has instead. If you want to use the Eveage for cleaning your truck after off-roading I think you’ll find more use for it there as the nozzles aren’t concentrated enough to take the paint off and the wheels are easy to rotate. You will need 5″ of clearance to get the Eveage 13″ pressure washer surface cleaner under your vehicle though.
What I like
- Skirt greatly reduces water spray and mess
- Easy to roll and maneuver
What I’d change
- Include more concentrated nozzles for more aggressive cleaning
Final thoughts
I think James had better luck with his Eveage surface cleaner because he was trying to get red dirt off his smooth driveway. The Eveage 13 in pressure washer surface cleaner works fine on smooth surfaces and wood to clean normal dirt and dust but struggles on the mossy rocky stuff from Pacific Northwest winters. This is really due to the less aggressive 40 degree 2.5mm tips it comes with. If you have a wood balcony or smooth driveway that needs routine cleaning the Eveage will be able to clean those relatively mess free and pretty easily but anything with crevices or years of stuck on dirt and moss will need something more aggressive. Overall the Eveage 13in surface cleaner is a nice accessory for a pressure washer and I’m hopeful some more aggressive nozzles will work for my application.

I wonder if you would see better results if you used some soap/cleaner in your pressure washer or tried a pressure washer with more pressure.
