OPPO's Pad Mini Matte Display Edition puts an anti-reflection surface on an 8.8-inch OLED screen, pairing a small tablet format with a display aimed at reading, notes and sketching. The panel has a 2520 × 1680 resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz, although that maximum only works in certain apps.
The Lavender Purple tablet has official product and store pages in India and Malaysia. Its international specifications list a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, 8GB of LPDDR5X memory and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

A matte surface without giving up OLED

The screen's matte treatment is intended to reduce reflections from nearby lights. OPPO also includes a Reader Mode with softer color options, while the OLED panel retains a 344ppi pixel density. The display's 3:2 proportions give documents and portrait-oriented pages more width than a narrow phone screen.
OPPO lists 800 nits typical brightness and 1600 nits in high-brightness mode.
The OPPO Pencil 3 Pro supports pressure-sensitive strokes and a tool palette for selecting material on screen. The tablet's standard India box contents list a charger and charging cable, but not the stylus, so check the exact regional bundle before ordering one for handwritten notes.

Fast charging depends on the charging standard
The battery is rated at 8,000mAh typical capacity, with support for up to 67W SUPERVOOC charging. The specifications separately list up to 55W PPS compatibility and 13.5W USB PD. A USB-C charger labeled 67W therefore isn't automatically a 67W charging match for this tablet.
The USB-C port supports USB 3.2 Gen 1, and wireless connections include Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. There is a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera for calls and document capture.

ColorOS 16 includes movable app windows and cross-device file sharing. Transfers with an iPhone or iPad use O+ Connect and require iOS or iPadOS 15 or later; compatible Android phones use Quick Share. These are separate from the tablet's network-sharing feature, which requires both the phone and tablet to run ColorOS 16 or later.
