A partner’s snoring or traffic outside can make it hard to settle into sleep. Sometimes you’re already tired, but you’re still lying there replaying a conversation from work. DUVA ONE brings personalized sound and guided meditation to those bedtime moments, then adjusts audio and noise cancellation as the night unfolds.

Fitnexa is the company behind DUVA, its consumer sleep brand. Introduced at IFA 2026, DUVA ONE is the brand’s first sleep system, combining slim earbuds, a charging case that monitors bedroom conditions, and an app where you choose how it should behave. It’s planned for October at US$349.99.

DUVA ONE can generate personalized soundscapes and guided meditation in real time, adapting the content as your state changes. The earbuds collect sleep and physiological signals while the case measures noise, light, temperature, and humidity. Together with your preferences, that information gives the system context for its sound and guidance, as well as the audio, active noise cancellation, and power adjustments it makes overnight.

Sound for winding down and staying settled

You could start the night streaming a podcast from your phone, with the earbuds set to switch to locally stored sleep sounds once the system detects you’ve fallen asleep.

If the room is quiet when you drift off but your partner starts snoring later, or traffic outside gets louder, the system is designed to adjust ANC and masking audio within the preferences you set before bed. That means fewer settings to manage in the middle of the night. Once sleep stabilizes, it can reduce unnecessary playback or power use.

You set the preferences that guide those decisions in the DUVA App. They cover the audio you want, playback duration, transitions between Bluetooth and local playback, ANC behavior, power saving, and the private alarm. That gives the automatic adjustments a practical purpose: keeping your chosen sound environment going with fewer reasons to reach for your phone.

Local playback is useful on its own. Sleep audio stored on the earbuds can continue if your phone disconnects, stops playing, or runs out of battery, without an internet connection. The app includes more than 200 sleep sounds with customizable mixes, and local audio supports stereo playback and seamless looping.

Noise relief comes from an ear-tip seal, hybrid ANC, and audio that masks remaining sounds. Fitnexa lists up to 42 dB of combined passive and active noise reduction, targeting sounds such as traffic, fans, air conditioning, and some types of snoring. ANC calibration accounts for fit and seal, while Transparency Mode lets you hear more of the room when you need to.

The charging case gives your sleep data some context

A charging case that measures the bedroom is a useful addition to a sleep wearable. DUVA ONE’s case records environmental readings at roughly one-minute intervals and holds about a week of history locally. Those readings sit alongside the earbuds’ sleep information on an overnight timeline.

In a hotel, the room might be warmer than home, with light coming under the door and street noise you aren’t used to. Personalized sound and meditation guidance give you a way to wind down in that unfamiliar setting. The next morning, you can look at the temperature, light, and noise readings alongside your sleep timeline to see whether changes lined up with awakenings.

You could also compare nights at home with nights away, or a warmer bedroom with a cooler one. These are ways to explore patterns; a shared timeline doesn’t establish what caused a particular disruption.

The Environmental Interference Score combines the room measurements to help compare conditions across nights and locations. The earbuds supply estimates of awake time, REM, light sleep, and deep sleep, along with awakenings, turning, and sleeping position. In-ear optical sensors collect heart-rate information and heart rate variability, or HRV, with seven-day and thirty-day HRV trends available in the app.

Planned Apple Health and Google Fit integration connects DUVA ONE with health platforms you may already use. The exact data shared and direction of syncing haven’t been specified.

Bedroom sensing makes privacy especially relevant. The case doesn’t record conversations, store ambient audio, or upload raw audio. You can turn off each type of environmental monitoring separately and delete its associated history. Those controls let you choose which bedroom measurements you want to keep.

The sleep and physiological estimates are intended for personal wellness reference. DUVA ONE isn’t a medical device.

A slim fit and battery figures that depend on how you listen

Side sleepers need earbuds that leave room between their ears and the pillow. Each DUVA ONE earbud starts at approximately 3.3 grams with tips and wings fitted and measures about 9.9 mm thick. The low-profile shape is designed to reduce pressure where the earbud meets the pillow.

There are conical and cylindrical silicone ear tips, plus stabilizer wings in multiple sizes. The app’s fitting check looks at positioning, the acoustic seal, and the optical sensor signal, helping users find a fit that supports both listening and sensing.

For overnight listening, Fitnexa rates local audio at up to 9.5 hours with ANC on or 13 hours with it off. Bluetooth streaming is rated for up to 8.5 hours with ANC on and 10 hours with it off. The headline 16-hour maximum applies with audio playback and ANC both off, so your nighttime settings make a substantial difference.

Fitnexa lists up to five additional charges from the case and an earbud charging time of approximately 45 to 60 minutes. The case supports USB-C and wireless charging.

Morning has its own controls. The private alarm plays through the earbuds to help avoid disturbing a partner, with at least eight alarms supported offline. Volume can rise gradually over 30 to 90 seconds, and you can dismiss or snooze an alarm using the earbuds. Snooze intervals are five, ten, or fifteen minutes.

The initial launch is planned for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. The units shown at IFA are pre-production samples, so final features, pricing, and availability remain subject to confirmation.

Its automatic adjustments work within your preferences, carrying that support from winding down into the rest of the night.
