OPPO didn’t just update its foldable. The Find N6 launches on March 20, 2026, with a camera system that has no business being inside a phone that folds in half, and a hinge redesign that makes the crease practically vanish under your fingertips.

The new flagship pairs a 200MP main sensor with Hasselblad color science across all three rear cameras. It’s the first foldable to carry that kind of resolution on its primary shooter, and it comes wrapped in one of the thinnest book-style foldable bodies you can buy right now.
The camera system that changes the foldable conversation
Three cameras sit on the back of the Find N6, and every one of them carries Hasselblad’s fingerprints. The main sensor runs at 200MP with a 23mm focal length, joined by a 50MP periscope telephoto at 70mm for 3x optical zoom and a 50MP ultra-wide at 15mm that OPPO says captures 50% more light than the previous generation. That triple arrangement isn’t just ticking boxes on a spec sheet. It’s the kind of camera hardware that used to live exclusively on candy bar flagships, not phones with a hinge running through the middle.
The genuinely interesting addition is the True Color Camera feature. OPPO integrated a dedicated multispectral sensor for white balance and color accuracy, which means the phone reads actual light conditions rather than estimating them through software alone. Hasselblad’s involvement extends into a portrait mode, an XPAN mode that shoots in the classic 65:24 panoramic aspect ratio, and a Master Mode with manual controls tuned to approximate the behavior of Hasselblad’s X2D medium format camera. For photographers who’ve always wanted that rendering in their pocket, this is the closest a foldable has come.
On the video side, all three rear cameras handle 4K at 60fps with Dolby Vision. The main sensor pushes further to 4K at 120fps with Dolby Vision and Log capture for anyone who color grades their footage. The telephoto doubles as a macro lens with focusing from as close as 10cm, opening up product photography and fine detail work that most foldables simply can’t touch.
A crease that nearly disappeared
OPPO’s second-generation Titanium Flexion Hinge sits at the center of the Find N6’s design story. Paired with Auto-Smoothing Flex Glass, the mechanism produces a height variance of just 0.05mm across the fold line. That translates to a crease you can spot at certain angles but struggle to feel when you run a finger across it.
The inner display stretches to 8.12 inches while the cover screen measures 6.62 inches, and both push high brightness numbers, with the cover screen reaching 3,600 nits peak and the inner display hitting 2,500 nits. TÜV Rheinland certified the hinge for up to one million fold cycles, which works out to roughly 275 folds per day for ten years if you’re keeping score. At 8.93mm folded and 225g, the Find N6 sits among the slimmest book-style foldables available, though Honor’s Magic V6 still edges it out by the thinnest of margins.
Durability ratings come in at IP56, IP58, and IP59. Those don’t quite match the IP68 level Honor achieved with its latest foldable, and it’s a gap OPPO will want to close in future hardware. For now, the ratings cover rain, splashes, and the kind of kitchen mishaps most people actually encounter.
What’s running underneath
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 handles processing duties in the 7-core configuration. OPPO paired it with a 6,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, a 400mAh increase over the Find N5 that should translate to noticeably longer screen time on a device with this much display real estate. Charging runs at 80W wired through SuperVOOC and 50W wireless, with OPPO quoting 47 minutes for a full wired charge and 80 minutes on wireless.
On the software side, a Free-Flow Window system lets you run four apps simultaneously across the 8.12-inch inner display. OPPO also introduced a new AI Pen accessory with 4,096 pressure levels, turning the unfolded Find N6 into a note-taking and sketching surface that takes advantage of all that screen. Two colors will be available at launch: Stellar Titanium and Blossom Orange.
Availability and pricing
The OPPO Find N6 goes on sale March 20, 2026, across Asia and Australia. Chinese pricing starts at ¥9,999 (approximately $1,450) for the 12GB/256GB model and climbs to ¥11,999 (roughly $1,742) for the 16GB/1TB configuration. International pricing for Australia and other Asian markets hasn’t been confirmed yet.
