REVIEW – I will not readily admit to my body being the victim of aging, but I have no choice but to heed the warnings from my 2 bad knees, one that has been totally replaced and the other that will also be totally replaced in about 2 weeks from today. I love working on bikes in my garage workshop, but bending from a standing position and or stooping is not as easy as it used to be. I am now a big fan of shop stools, and I expect that this VEVOR Rolling Shop Stool will be a nice addition.

Design and features
• Height Adjustable: The height of this shop stool can be adjusted from 23.6-29.5 inches / 600-750 mm (seat height from the ground) using the pneumatic lift, allowing you to find the ideal position for your height and body type, avoiding bending or slouching while working.

• 360° Movement & Locking: Featuring 3-inch swivel casters and 2 locking casters, this workshop stool lets you quickly lock it in place. The larger casters ensure smooth movement over bumps, even on concrete floors, providing 360° rotation for maximum flexibility.
• 300 LBS Weight Capacity: Our workbench stool is built with a heavy-duty steel frame and reinforced screws, supporting up to 300 lbs. It remains stable during long-term use and is deformation-resistant, avoiding tipping and ensuring security.
• Waterproof Seat Cushion: This work stool has a wide, soft foam cushion for extended comfort. The waterproof PU leather surface resists oil stains and is easy to clean. At the same time, the backrest offers additional lumbar support, making it ideal for garage, roadside, and indoor/outdoor repair and cleaning jobs.
The VEVOR Rolling Shop Stool features a sturdy build with an ergonomic design and a spacious seat measuring around 16 by 14 inches. The seat is upholstered in durable leather. The steel frame supports up to 300 lbs., with an adjustable height range from 18 to 23 inches. The height adjustment is controlled by a pneumatic lift lever. At the bottom of the stool is a large, round tool tray that measures about 21 inches in diameter. It has enough space to keep tools and parts within easy reach. The chair sits on five 5-inch-diameter swivel casters, two of which are lockable for stability. There is built-in lumbar support on one edge of the seat and a rotating base for comfort and ease of movement in workshop or garage environments.
Assembly, Installation, Setup
Assembling the Vevor Shop Stool is simple. I just needed to attach the casters, place the pneumatic shock in the hole, and attach the adjusting handle to the underside of the seat. Then everything, including the cup holder, snaps into place.
Take a look at the following video showing my assembly process and first impressions:
Performance
The Vevor Shop Stool performs well. It is sturdy and has sufficient weight to prevent it from being easily knocked over. The up/down movement is smooth, and the seat is comfortable. The casters are a nice size and move well, and the locking casters come in handy. The cup tray is a nice addition, but I will likely use it for cans and probably loose washers, etc. Overall, I really like the design, comfort, and quality of the chair. I wish it could be lowered further, and I think the lumbar support is a nice touch, but not really effective since it is rather low.
Final thoughts
The Vevor Shop Stool is well-built and a great addition to my garage workshop. Since I have challenges with my knees, it is a much-needed addition.
