The Aithos training shoes look like ordinary sneakers until you look closer. Then, you’ll see that they have six connection points around the sole of of each shoe. One on the toe, one on the heel, and two on the inner side and outer side. Included with each pair of shoes is a set of two EZattach quick-release pins that are inserted into the holes in the shoes to provide an attachment point for resistance bands (sold separately).
