I wondered why the CPAP model weighed so little when it had almost the same W as the AC2A. Looking at the specs it’s because the CPAP X30 does NOT have an AC inverter – it has only DC connections for various brands of CPAP. While the light weight is nice, unless I was flying I’d rather get the heavier AC2A so it could be used for other devices.
