DEAL NEWS – Make your commute more fun (and efficient) with the BirdBike eBike. This Presidents’ Day, it’s only $699.97 (reg. $2,299) through February 21 — with free shipping!

Sick of sitting in traffic every day while you’re burning through expensive gas? There’s a better way to commute, and you can save a bundle this Presidents’ Day. Right now, the BirdBike eBike is just $699.97 through February 21 (a best-of-web price!) plus free shipping.

This electric bicycle was built by the same people responsible for the electric scooter revolution. It offers a sleek but powerful riding experience that combines tech and sustainability to create a mode of transit you’ll absolutely love.

The bike features a 500W motor with an instant e-boost, so you can simply press the throttle to get a little extra power when you’re going uphill or if you’re tired from peddling for a while. The high-performance carbon drive train is built to handle rough city roads, and you won’t have to worry about fixing up a chain.

It has a 36V/12.8Ah removable battery that helps get to a maximum peddle assist range of 50 miles. When you get to your destination, you can give it a recharge and rest easy, knowing that the bike has a 120dB anti-theft alarm to ward off would-be thieves.

Verified rider Cam writes, “I’ve been wanting an eBike forever and so happy I could get one from Bird! My favorite part is how easy it is to switch modes and all of the mode options – e-assist various levels, sport, eco, etc. The screen is also beautiful and very high-tech. I’m just under 5’2″ and the vframe fits me well.”

Make your commute more fun.

Now through 11:59 p.m. PT on February 21, you can get the BirdBike eBike for just $ 699.97, which is 70% off the regular $2,299 price — plus free shipping.

  1. Gadgeteer Comment Policy - Please read before commenting
  2. This is a fire sale. Birdbike filed for bankruptcy in Dec, 2023. Seems to be a nice bike per product reviews, but I would not have expectations regarding support.
