NEWS – If you have a room that could use some air movement to improve comfort but you don’t want a traditional ceiling fan, check out the Terna Collection from Kichler.  These light fixtures have vanes along the sides that replace the normal blades you see on a ceiling fan.  The fans have 3-speed Cooltouch cooling.  At only 15″ in diameter, the Terna is perfect for tight spaces, like over kitchen islands, pool tables, cocktail tables, office desks, in small kitchens, or in dining nooks.  The fixture hangs 19.75″ from the ceiling and weighs 15.87 lb.  It comes with LED lighting kit. The Terna Collection is available in brushed nickel, oil-brushed bronze, or white starting at $339 on Amazon.

  2. We have one of these installed in our bathroom. Note that it doesn’t provide a direct downward breeze like a more traditional fan. It circulates the air out and down, away from the fan, creating more of an indirect airflow. We like it. It looks good, and isn’t a direct blast when you step out of the shower, but does a good job keeping air moving around.
