I gave my daughter the money to do the Kicstarter and so far she never received it, so I went and ordered it from their web site paid the $20 express shipping and she received it but it hardly charges. She put her X on it all night and it only charged 20% this thing is a piece of crap and so it the company because they stopped emailing me when I told them it wouldn’t hardly charge. Stay away from them…..
The company has terrible customer service. When my charger failed to arrive within the stated 20 days and I contacted them asking when it would arrive I was mocked my their representive and told to contact the post office because it left China. Very unprofessional and leaves me to believe they don’t stand by their product.
I got this and my phone slides off of it immediately, not a good product at all.
The Hard Cider device is incompatible with Apple Watch Series 4. I’ve been battling with them over email for a refund for over a month, and even though they acknowledge the issue, they aren’t refunding. Their marketing material doesn’t say anything about not working with Series 4. This company is a scam, you’ll get no help from them.
