  2. My favorite holiday traditions are pigs in the blanket on christmas eve. They’re a tasty treat that brings back being a kid.

  3. My favorite holiday tradition is taking a stroll through all the lights at our park and then decorating the tree with my husband and son.

    This is a good giveaway : )

  4. The holiday tradition that is my favorite is baking sweet potato pies from scratch by finding different recipies online every year and remembering which was best based on family feedback.

  5. My favorite Christmas tradition is getting up early, but not too early for Black Friday shopping, coming home and have brunch, then put up the Christmas lights. Then after dinner, decorating the Christmas tree while watching Elf.

  6. My favorite family holiday tradition is when my wife makes Yorkshire Pudding for Christmas Dinner. The whole family loves it, and for some reason we NEVER make it or eat it any other night of the year, even tough we all like it so much.
A second and more recent one is the BBC Dr Who Christmas special every year, which is always a hoot–

  7. It sounds odd but my favorite family holiday tradition is taking down the tree and all the lights and decorations with my family.
By the time we get to this tradition most of us are past ready for the holidays to be over and the feeling of joy and family doesn’t feel anywhere near as forced or expected as it does throughout the rest of the season.

  8. Church services (our church has a elaborate service) and spending time with neighbors (we usually bring the older couple across the street, they enjoy this too), family and friends before and afterward the service.

  9. My favorite family holiday tradition is enjoying snacks and hors d’oeuvres and spiked eggnog at midnight on Christmas ~ then opening gifts. We sleep in later Christmas morning and enjoy dinner and a relaxing Christmas day. My children are grown so this works well for us all.
