Screen Shot 2015-09-22 at 10.20.45 AMThe seasons are changing and before you know it the holidays will be upon us.  It’s a great time to reflect and think about your life.  Why not write yourself a letter that will be emailed to your future you in say… one year, 5 years or even 50 years! If you register as a user, which is absolutely free, you can even send letters to others. I kind of like the idea of sending my daughters a letter to be delivered to them 50 years from now!  The only drawback would be that you’d have to be sure of an email that would still be used in the future for either yourself or the person your sending a letter to. Here’s what I wrote to my 2035 self to give you an idea of what a person could write:

Dear Me in 2035,

I hope you are well and you’re life is all you want it to be.  I hope you’ve managed to take that trip to Paris and that you’ve finally went on that long awaited cruise!  If you haven’t you need to wake up and get going!  By now you’ve hopefully become a grandparent and you’ve smothered them with love!  I hope you volunteer and value your civic duties and are a valuable part of your community. Also, I really hope that you eat dessert more than you skip it because you’ve skipped it enough!

Love,

Me from 2015
