The  YP-9304 CREE 5-Mode White Diving Flashlight will laugh at any rainstorm you find yourself in, because this flashlight has been designed to operate up to 40 meters underwater!  It has a black anodized aluminum body, one XM-L cool-white emitter, and produces 500 lumens.  Operating modes are high, medium, low, slow strobe, and SOS.  A pair of 18650 batteries (not included) will last about 1 to 5 hours, depending on the operating mode.  It measures 1.06″ X 1.77″ X  1.77″ and weighs about 9.3 ounces and comes with a strap.  It’s $35.60 from DealExtreme.
