The Korg microPIANO is a miniature grand piano that even has a lid that opens. It’s about 31 inches long and 12 inches deep, with 61 velocity sensitive keys. It has 60 built-in sounds, 25 one-touch musical phrases and 40 demo songs. The microPIANO has built in speakers and it can be plugged into into AC or power it for up to 15hrs with 6 AA batteries. It’s available with either a Black or Red lid and is priced at $299.99. I don’t know about you, but it makes me want to learn Chopsticks right now! 🙂

No MIDI in or out! Bummer!
The site indicates that it’s $300, not $500.
@Ross thanks for pointing that out. I used the price that the press release had. I just updated my news post.
What?? Just $300?? I’m currently in the market for a MIDI keyboard to be used connected into a PC with virtual piano synthesis software. The place where I live is small, so I’m usually forced to pack up my gear when I’m finished practicing – this could totally stay in sight 😀
OK, read about the MIDI IN/OUT thing… :/
