snugg virtual laser keyboardI’m not sure how this will be an improvement over the virtual keyboard on a tablet screen, but the Magic Cube Virtual Laser Computer Keyboard  from Snugg will project a full-sized keyboard on your work surface.  It can be used with tablets, smartphones, and any computer that can use a Bluetooth keyboard.  It’s £169.99 (about $275) from Snugg.

  2. This type of device has been around for awhile. They basically work. It’s best to project the image on to Jello, Oatmeal. It’s not a good idea to project it on your wife’s backside…unless of course you’re using it to make reservations for her at the Canyon Ranch Spa…

  3. As to improvements, this offers one really big thing, you can type with two hands. Since there’s no tactile feedback, it’s far from ideal for touch typists, but it looks more practical for two-handed typing than an iPad lying flat on its back.
