Who cares? Fecal matter is on everything else in use by humans too. It’s not like phones are attracting them in any particular manner.
We are biological creatures, and that biology gets on everything. By and large, most people are healthy given the level of bacteria all over our bodies, mouths, eyelashes, etc. The few who have immune system issues should consult a doctor, and the rest of the population should stay hygienic — but not worry about trying to create a sterile environment in a world populated by walking bags of rotting food turning into poo. I.e., our friends, family and ourselves.
