CyberSynchs is a program that installs on your phone and backs up your personal data to their secure website.  The program is currently available for Windows, Java, Blackberry, Symbian and will debut later this month for Android.  All your contacts, text messages, voice mail, email, ringtones, photos and calendar information will be copied to your secure, password-protected account on the CyberSynchs servers.  You’ll be able to access your data from anywhere in the world, even without your phone.  You can easily transfer your data to a new phone, and you’ll even be able to erase data from your phone should it be lost or stolen.  You can even manage multiple phones from one account.  CyberSynchs costs $2.99 a month.

OK, that’s $36 a year that the iPhone does without charging you.
