Wonderful things he’s building.
What a joy to see them walking.
The old-days daisy wheel printer or matrix line printer were far more fun to watch then a now-a-days laserprinter.
It’s just fun to see things moving.
You actually can buy it, in miniature. The Japanese magazine Gakken included a mini strandbeest kit in issue number 30 in 2011. You can pick up a copy at Amazon (US or JP) as well as from the publisher. The cost is about $80. Mine came last week and I have already started building it.
