It was worth a shot – but it didn’t pan out…
I asked for a review sample of the
Proporta
Aluminum-Lined Leather Case for the
HTC Wizard hoping that it would fit the
HTC Apache / PPC-6700. Unfortunately it is a no-go, and I now have a case
that needs to be reviewed, but no device with which to do the review.
So…Would one of our readers like to volunteer?
Here is what I ask of the person who agrees to do the review:
1. That you have a digital Camera
2. That you own an
HTC Wizard – also sold and marketed as the
XDA Mini S/MDA Vario/imate K-Jam/Orange SPV M6000/Qtek 9100
3. That you take nice clear pictures of the case & the PDA Phone while in the
case
4. That you complete the review within three or four weeks after receiving the
case
5. That you agree not to publish the review on another web site
In return, you’ll get to keep the $35 case and enjoy your name in lights.
Send me an email if you are interested, and I’ll post here once the case has
been promised to someone.
Thanks! :0)
I want to thank Steve Dean for offering to review this case. He had written me minutes after this post went live, but I couldn’t confirm that he was definitely doing the review until I received his mailing address – which I got this morning.
For those that wrote me and weren’t chosen – thank you! I will try to find more items to periodically list that need reviewing – but not necessarily by Julie or me.
As always, we welcome letters from readers who have interesting gadgets of their own which they would like to reivew for publication in The Gadgeteer.
If you have an idea, send Julie or me an email. We would love to hear about it! :0)
