NEWS – I’ve been fascinated with pocket watches and small compasses since I was a kid and I have to say that the Path-24 modular compass has me reaching for my wallet even if I’ll never use it in the woods.
What is it?
The Path-24 is a modular compass with an IPX8 waterproof rating. It is available with a sandblasted titanium or polished brass case.
Why do I like it?
I like the Path-24 modular compass because it is versatile in terms of its features and how you can wear or carry it. First, you can choose from a liquid-filled or air-filled core (compass). The two types are interchangeable. Air-filled compasses have precision across altitudes, while a liquid-filled core provides stability through varied landscapes. Either core features a luminous dial for low-light visibility.
But what I like the most about the Path-24 modular compass is its interchangeable bases. Want to attach it to a keychain or a lanyard? Put on the keychain base. Want to wear it on your watch band? Use the wrist base.
Where can I find more info?
The Path-24 campaign ends on 05/15/24, and they have already surpassed their funding goal of $6,190. You can pre-order a Path-24 starting at $56. After the Path-24 campaign ends, rewards are estimated to start shipping in August 2024. Visit their Kickstarter page for all the details.
